How we test

Each provider review is based on real deployments. We measure:

• Real-world latency from multiple source IPs to provider data centers
• Hourly billing flexibility (or lack thereof)
• Support response time and quality
• Resource limits and throttling behavior on cheap plans
• Network performance for AI inference and database workloads

How we make money
